Randall Gross assisted Creative Alliance in testing the market for artist live-work space as part of their proposed Patterson Center for the Arts, in Baltimore. The Patterson Center is proposed as a multi-purpose building housing theater space, an art gallery, live-work artist studios, arts organization offices, and a café. The project is envisioned as an anchor for revitalization of the Eastern Avenue commercial corridor in Baltimore’s Highlandtown, a primarily African-American community.
